Huddleora Privacy Policy

Huddleora collects account information such as name, email address, phone number, team membership, messages, posts, schedule responses, uploaded files, and device notification identifiers only as needed to provide team communication and scheduling services.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, connect parents and coaches with their teams, deliver messages and notifications, display schedules and posts, and operate and secure the service. Huddleora does not sell personal information to advertisers.

Notifications and devices

If notifications are enabled, Huddleora stores a browser push subscription or Apple device token so team alerts and schedule reminders can be delivered. These registrations can be revoked and are removed when accounts are deleted.

User content

Posts, comments, messages, and uploads are used to provide Huddleora's communication features. Users can report objectionable content and block other users. Administrators may review reported content to maintain safety.

Account deletion

Users can permanently delete their account from the Account & Privacy section inside Huddleora. Account identifiers and associated account data are removed, subject only to information that must be retained for legal or security obligations.
